  • Syncing in Windows is done using the iTunes app installed on your PC

  • Open the Podcast app on your iPhone (install it from the app store if you don’t have it)
  • Search for the required Podcast and Subscribe to it
  • Check for your Library, and there you will see your subscribed podcasts.
  • Hold the plus button next to the podcast item till a popup menu appears. From the menu, select Download Podcast
